Tottenham manager receives praise from former colleague
Harry Redknapp has been described as a 'world-class coach' who would be an ideal replacement for Fabio Capello by former Southampton colleague Sir Clive Woodward.
Sportsbook 12BET news... Woodward, who guided England to the Rugby World Cup title in 2003, was employed by the Saints as their technical support director in 2005 when Redknapp was manager.
The current Tottenham boss has long been linked with succeeding Capello as England manager when the Italian vacates his role after Euro 2012, and Woodward believes Redknapp would be the perfect candidate.
He told the Independent on Sunday: "He's an Englishman who's proved himself and from what I saw of him, he's ideally suited.
