Impressive Twilight Performance: United Excel over West Ham

THE LATEST ENGLISH PREMIER LEAGUE NEWS – Current Premier League number one on the table Manchester United recorded another crucial league victory over visitors West Ham United 1-0 in Wednesday’s fixture.

Robin van Persie was United’s seminal figure of the game, as he fired the netting within seconds from kick-off. Subsequent efforts from strike forces Javier Hernandez and Wayne Rooney fell on Jussi Jaaskelainen’s saves.

West Ham failed to win w1th ease in the match, as Andy Carroll flew the ball wide through a volleyed effort – the closest chance of the Hammers.

Speeding Mitsubishi Mirage: Tottenham Trounce West Ham

THE LATEST ENGLISH PREMIER LEAGUE NEWS – Tottenham Hotspur emerged the stronger side on Sunday’s Premier League game at White Hart Lane, beating visiting West Ham United 3-1.

Jermain Defoe served as the Spurs’ main man with his brace. He scored the first one a minute before half time by rebounding Gareth Bale’s bar effort. His second one came on the 64th minute shortly after giving away a penalty for an unfair challenge on James Tomkins.

Bale helped the Spurs to win w1th ease through a successful effort that amended his failed attempt. Andy Carroll scored his first for the Hammers eight minutes before stoppage time, but his side did not manage a turnaround.

A Narrow Obama Win: West Ham Trounce Hosts Newcastle in Premier League Fixture

THE LATEST ENGLISH PREMIER LEAGUE NEWS – A less-than-impressive Newcastle United failed at home before visitors West Ham United, as they did not score to beat or level their slender 0-1 loss in Sunday’s Premier League.

Kevin Nolan scored against his former side Newcastle on the 37th minute. Demba Ba managed to rocket a header, but officials deemed his effort as invalid after a closer look revealed that keeper Jussi Jaaskelainen narrowly prevented the ball to penetrate the line.

Newcastle’s lacklustre showing gave the Hammers an opportunity to win w1th ease on away. Shola Ameobi and Papiss Cisse failed to influence their side’s attack.
